Amazing activities
Making the library alive depends on you. You can be a library manager or an educator. As an educator you find ways and create to make the collection meaningful and encourage children to read more and with more quality.
Some points:
Don't do just decorations: make the displays meaningful!
Do creative and theatrical storytelling to help with understanding, and also because it is WAY more engaging
Concentrate on the stories, rather than on the books
