Willy Wonka Library

The Willy Wonka Library was a First Grade Library. We got permission from the Roald Dahl Foundation and Quentin Blake to use the original drawings of "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". In fact, I wanted to create a factory in the library with the collaboration of the STEM, Science and Art teachers to show the process of transforming the cocoa into chocolate with real machines...

I also introduced other characters like Totoro's Catbus, the Leprechaum hat (for suggestions and messages from students to the library), Alice coming out from the mirror (real doll), etc...

The most important thing in this library was that it was comfortable: big space, round forms, clear sections... a space that anyone wants to stay there even for not reading a book... this will arrive sooner or later.
